newly reopened Behavioral Health Unit is dedicated to meeting a

recovery for those we serve. How you'll contribute Proficient in
assessing patient conditions and making timely determinations of
patient needs. Implements leadership and team coordination by
supervising nursing staff, delegating tasks effectively, and
ensuring smooth unit operations by providing direct support to all
staff members. Clear, compassionate communication with patients,
families, and multidisciplinary teams. Performs timely and
appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the
medical record. Facilitate and ensures compliance with regulatory
requirements and quality standards through engagement and support
of PI and other initiatives. Collaborates as needed across
disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer,
discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. Why

Nevada State RN license Associate's degree from an accredited
nursing school. Basic Life Support certification is required within
14 days of hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is
required within 30 days of hire. A minimum of (1) year RN
experience in an acute hospital setting More about Northeastern
