DaBella is currently looking to hire a result-driven Field
Sales/Canvass Manager to oversee our Field Marketing Department.
This individual will help drive the overall production of leads
being generated door-to-door while training, coaching, and driving
daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Our Canvass Managers are an
important part of our hierarchy they are risk-takers, confident,
and efficient in detail management and processes.
This individual should be goal-oriented and focused on building and
maintaining a team of leaders beside them.
What the ideal candidate brings to the table:
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Naturally assertive and determined to achieve goals
- Ability to motivate and encourage your team at any given
- Ability to set and achieve daily goals
Experience & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of management experience
- Previous Sales or Canvass experience is a plus!
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
