Representative / Office Assistant! Position: Customer Service
Representative / Office Assistant Location: Twin Falls, ID
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00PM Compensation: Starting
pay of $16-$20 per hour (DOE) Benefits: - Comprehensive benefits

customers. We are looking for a motivated team player to help us
keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Key
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and direct them to the
appropriate department. - Assist walk-in customers with their
inquiries and needs. - Maintain the front office and ensure a
clean, organized workspace. - Perform data entry into our customer
database and dispatching software. - Scan and file important
documents efficiently. - Collect customer payments and assist with
light dispatching duties. - Schedule service calls and help
prioritize the service schedule. - Support customers with
preventive maintenance (PM) plans. - Collaborate with other
departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.
