What We Offer Weekly pay of $16.00 per hour Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Weekly Pay Customer Service Tasks & Duties Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct department Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive and direct them to where they need to go Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors Update calendars and schedule meetings Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing Customer Service Shift Info Day Shift, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday - Saturday Customer Service Qualifications (Requirements/Skills) Customer Service experience preferred GED / High School Diploma Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Able to pass a background check Able to work in the US Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude Able to pass a background check Able to work in the US Apply today!
