Job DescriptionSUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:This position is responsible for overseeing the general business management for an assigned NAPA Wholesale Center, achieving maximum market penetration, driving wholesale growth, and increasing sales and profitability by creating a superior customer experience. A person in this position provides daily leadership to all wholesale personnel and establishes a work experience that promotes the NAPA culture and enables NAPA to be the dominant parts supplier in the market.


  • Establish and maintain good relations with NAPA wholesale customers.
  • Monitors wholesale operational performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Works and communicates with Regional Manager to establish initiatives and business plans for the wholesale operations.
  • Builds a wholesale team that consistently delivers high levels of customer service and business results.
  • Coaches wholesale team to achieve success in outlined metrics.
  • Implement appropriate sales practices such as greeting telephone customers, demonstrating product knowledge, and ability to quickly understand customer's needs.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by serving all customers, securing right part, and resolving customer issues.
  • Maintain point of sale computer abilities by learning and applying how to use catalog and system, practicing asset security/loss prevention controls, and understanding store's pricing methods.
  • Provide sales support functions by processing salespersons' stock orders and ensuring good appearance of wholesale office.
  • Maintain accurate invoicing, transaction records and matching proper parts with customer needs.
  • Follow ordering procedures as outlined by management. QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Previous retail and wholesale sales experience preferred.
    • High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
    • Capable and willing to become ASE certified within first year.
    • 3+ years parts experience preferred.
    • Excellent ability to handle 3+ orders at a time, whether by phone call or online order.
    • Extensive buyout and sourcing knowledge, looking in books and different catalogs—utilizing resources effectively, tech lines, sourcing hard to find parts, etc.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multitask and is self-motivated.
    • Excellent understanding of all wholesale handling positions.
    • Ability to achieve quotas regularly; proficient in achieving goals and KPIs set by Dyna Parts.
    • Proficient people/leadership skills.
    • Excellent understanding/adherence to Dyna Parts' standard operating procedures and sound decision-making capability.PHYSICAL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
      • Capable of lifting and moving merchandise of up to 25 pounds.
      • Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for entire work shift.
      • Ability to speak clearly, listen attentively, and understand others as well as ability to give and receive instructions via telephone, computer messages, face-to-face, and in writing.
