**50 MILE RADIUS RULE FOR ALL ST. LUKES FACILITIES**


Minimum years of experience: One year of experience in the specialty they are being hired into

Float Requirement - must be willing to float to St. Lukes Jerome when needed

Weekend and holiday rotation expectations:
Weekends- staff will not be asked to work more than every other weekend
Holidays-staff will be guaranteed one winter (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day) and one summer holiday (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) off each year.
