Are you a licensed physical therapist assistant looking for a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to maximize your pay? If so, we are assisting our client to find a compassionate and caring PTA for a 13-week travel assignment. This job is working in an outpatient facility treating about 50-55 patients per week. Hours: 8-6 pm with 1 hour lunch; 9-hour days on MTWF, and 4-hour day on Thursday.Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist AssistantWork as part of a team to provide quality skilled nursing physical therapy services under the direction of the physical therapistAssist your patients in meeting functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities.Participate in educating the client and the family or other caregivers to promote the client's progress toward mutually agreed upon goals.Requirements of the Physical Therapist AssistantMinimum 1-year experienceIdaho PTA LicenseDegree from PTA Accredited CollegeAbility to work effectively with clients and to work cooperatively with othersProvide a quality customer service focus and an enthusiastic attitudeCompensation of the Physical Therapist Assistant$34 - $39 per hour.
