Travel We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Infusion
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient infusion team. The RN
will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients receiving
infusion therapies, including chemotherapy, biologics, hydration,
and other IV treatments. This role is ideal for a nurse who values
patient education, continuity of care, and a structured daytime
schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Administer IV infusions,
injections, and other prescribed therapies in accordance with
physician orders and hospital protocols. - Monitor patients for
adverse reactions and respond promptly to any complications. -
Perform venipuncture and manage central lines, ports, and
peripheral IVs. - Educate patients and families on treatment plans,
side effects, and self-care. - Maintain accurate documentation in
the electronic health record (EHR). - Collaborate with physicians,
pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and
effective treatment. - Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable
environment for patients. - Adhere to infection control and safety
standards. Qualifications: - Current and valid Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of Nevada. - Required Certifications: AHA
-BLS, ACLS and PALS – within 6 months. - Minimum of 2 year of
nursing experience; infusion or oncology experience strongly
preferred. - Strong IV skills and knowledge of infusion protocols.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking
skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a
collaborative team.
