Talent4Health is seeking a travel EEG Technologist for a travel job in Twin Falls, Idaho. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: EEG Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 07/21/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Important: This facility enforces a 50-mile radius rule for all travelers. Required Certifications BLS, Registered EEG Technologist (R.EEGT.) Verification Shift Notes 3x12 days Unit Notes Department: EEG | Tech Facility: EEG Department – M Hospital General Requirements: Certifications Required: BLS, R. EEG T. Preferred Certification: CLTM (Certified in Long-Term Monitoring) Experience Required: Must have long-term monitoring (LTM) experience Experience with all pediatric age groups, including NICU and neonates only a few hours old Must be comfortable working with diverse populations and disabilities Proficiency with Collodion glue application is required Department Overview: Facilities: 1 outpatient EEG room 4 inpatient machines Serving a 250 bed hospital Department is actively expanding, with plans to add more machines and staff Service Coverage: Full hospital coverage—EEG techs will travel to any floor where monitoring is needed Common Studies/Patient Types: Epilepsy ICU Pediatrics Average Study Volume: 3–5 EEG scans per tech per day (combined inpatient and outpatient) Staffing & Scheduling: Current Staffing: 2 EEG Techs (expanding to 4) Shifts: 8-hour shifts, earliest start time at 7:00 AM (subject to change as department grows) Call Requirements: Weeknights, weekends, and holidays 30-minute response time required Department is transitioning to 24/7 service with additional weekend coverage anticipated Technology & Systems: EMR System: EPIC EEG Equipment: Natus Lead Tech: Yes – Seger Ducharme Support Staff: No EEG assistants Neurologist Support: 2 Neuro-hospitalists (starting July) 3 outpatient neurologists currently available Orientation & Dress Code: Orientation: 1–2 weeks of side-by-side training with a preceptor Scrub/Dress Code: No specific color required Scrubs must be plain—no patterns, neon colors, or grey Additional Notes: Candidates must be flexible, adaptable, and have strong customer service and team collaboration skills Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment as the department expands services and coverage About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
