Intensive Care Unit for a nursing job in Twin Falls, Idaho.

compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our Intensive Care
Unit (ICU) and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) teams. The Clinical
Nurse Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of
high-quality patient care, fostering professional development, and
maintaining compliance with hospital policies and regulatory
standards. The Manager of Nursing and Patient Care is responsible
for managing operation of a single or multiple units based on size
with 24/7 responsibility for all nursing and patient care
activities to include: patient experience and consumer engagement,
stewardship, culture and quality and safety. Direct reports include
but aren't limited to Assistant Manager Nursing/Patient Care, RNs,
HUCs and CNAs. Bachelors' of Nursing Degree
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License from the State of
Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified
through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart
