St. Luke's Lifestyle Medicine focuses on using a collaborative care model to provide treatment through medication, coaching and education. A multidisciplinary team with Physicians, RN, RD, RT, PT, and EP's work together to help patients take control of their health through Lifestyle Medicine Including prescribing and supervised care. What You Can Expect as an Exercise Physiologist in Lifestyle Medicine: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4PM Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams Work in a clinical environment with cardiac and pulmonary diagnoses Qualifications: Education: Masters degree Experience: 4 years relevant experience Licenses/Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross. Advanced Life Support Certification.
