Job Description:
Overview We currently have a client in Twin Falls, ID looking
for a Travel Infusion Therapy RN Registered Nurse! Focus Staff is
seeking a traveling Certified Infusion Therapy RN, who will manage
the coordination of care and nursing functions of an infusion site
with the practice, pharmacy. They are responsible for hospital
discharge planning, referral management, and drug and supply
inventories. They could interact with patients daily by instructing
them of the medication and disease process, educating and
administering drugs, and safely monitoring and following up as
needed. Contract Assignment - 13 Weeks (Temporary) Shift: 5x8
Rotating Rewards: (Infusion Therapy RN ) Pay depends on location

Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Infusion Therapy
RN (Certified Infusion Therapy RN) If you are seeking a position as

caregivers how to administer therapies at home. Perform patient
visits according to the Plan of Care or as patient need dictates.
Deliver age appropriate care and instruction. Perform required
documentation. Perform case management activities for assigned
patients. Participate in the development, implementation, and
evaluation of home infusion therapy education protocols and
materials. Participate in nursing staff education and training
programs to maintain skills for assessing and teaching home
