ER RN Job Details – Twin Falls, ID - Location: Twin Falls, Idaho 83301 - Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680 - $1800 - Assignment Length: 15 weeks (Start: 11/17/2025 – End: 3/2/2026) - Facility Type: Level 3 Trauma Center, STEMI & Stroke Receiving Emergency Room - Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week - Shifts: 12-hour mid shifts (varied start times: 1:00 PM – 1:30 AM, 2:00 PM – 2:30 AM, 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) - Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs - Charting System: Epic EMR Emergency Room Nurse Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Idaho or compact state - Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience - Proven experience with trauma cases (MVAs, gunshot wounds, stabbings, etc.) - Strong triage skills required - At least 2-3 completed travel nurse assignments (no first-time travelers) - Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC - Ability to titrate all critical drips and perform procedural sedation for adults and pediatric patients - Preferred: Trauma Bay and Epic EMR experience ER RN Responsibilities - Provide high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse emergency room patient population, including trauma, cardiac, stroke, pediatric, and psychiatric cases - Perform triage, patient assessments, and emergency interventions in a fast-paced clinical environment - Administer and titrate critical drips, manage blood products, and perform procedural sedation - Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Interpret telemetry strips and manage respiratory equipment as needed - Participate in department support activities, including EKGs, assisting providers, and patient transport - Float within ER zones as needed and assist with mass casualty protocols if required - Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR Apply now to join our healthcare team as a travel ER RN in Twin Falls, Idaho, and make a difference in emergency nursing!
