Job Description Job Description Talent Acquisition Event Operations Coordinator The Talent Acquisition Event Operations Coordinator is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing hiring events that deliver exceptional candidate experience. This role ensures seamless logistics for both virtual and onsite events, managing all operational aspects from setup to post-event follow-up. This is a 6-months contract position. Talent Acquisition Event Operations Coordinator Details: Temporary position $25.00 to $35.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Event Planning & Logistics Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for candidates Maintain accurate documentation of event processes Track event metrics and provide post-event reporting Talent Acquisition Event Operations Coordinator Qualifications: Required Qualifications 1 years of experience in event coordination or recruiting operations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed for event execution Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing high-volume hiring events Knowledge of virtual event platforms and hybrid event logistics Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
