More about our team As an RN Charge Nurse you will work in the Cath Lab as a circulator in cardiology procedures. Administer and monitor the patient while working alongside the director on day to day needs and support staff education. How you'll contribute - Proficient in assessing patient conditions and making timely determinations of patient needs. - Implements leadership and team coordination by supervising nursing staff, delegating tasks effectively, and ensuring smooth unit operations by providing direct support to all staff members. - Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. - Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record. - Facilitate and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards through engagement and support of PI and other initiatives. - Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
