Job Description:
A nationally recognized, physician-led organization is seeking
an OB/GYN to join a well-established women‘s health practice in
Southern Idaho. This is a rare opportunity to maintain full-scope
practice while enjoying exceptional income, true call relief, and
the stability of a hospital-supported modelwithout the red tape of
large systems. Organization: • Practice located on the campus of a
modern critical access hospital serving a large regional population
• Physicians describe the culture as autonomous, flexible, and

bureaucracy frequently associated w larger hospitals Position
Details: • 50/50 Full scope OBGYN • 4 days per week with
flexibility based on physician preference • Minimal call - midwives
and nursing staff take first call; physician serves as emergency
backup only • Brand new Da Vinci XI robotic system with
accommodating OR block time • Anesthesia available 24/7
Compensation: • $430K guaranteed base salary with productivity
bonuses • $100K Signing Bonus, $20K Relocation Assistance •
Residency Stipend Student Loan Repayment • Executive-level benefits
package including generous PTO, CME allowance, malpractice
