This document does not create an employment contract, implied or otherwise, other than an “at will” employment relationship. • Maintain cleanliness of BOH • Assign deep cleaning tasks to cooks • Follow up with check out system for all cooks for stocking and cleanliness • Follow rotation procedures to reduce over stocking. • Temperature check of all freezers and coolers to assist with loss of product. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills: • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
