(Contract) The Onsite Recruiter for Maintenance Hiring will play a
critical role in attracting and hiring top maintenance talent for
Chobani’s Twin Falls manufacturing facility—the largest yogurt
plant in the world. This position is responsible for full-cycle
recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation,
with a strong emphasis on building relationships and delivering an
exceptional candidate experience. This is a 6 month contract role.

And More! Onsite Recruiter Maintenance (Contract) Details:
Temporary position $35.00 to $45.00 /hour Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Partner
with hiring managers and plant leadership to understand maintenance
staffing needs and job requirements Manage the full recruitment
lifecycle Serve as the recruiting contact at the Twin Falls plant
for maintenance hires, ensuring a strong presence during interviews
and hiring events Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
Build long-term relationships with local technical schools,
colleges, and community organizations to develop a pipeline of
maintenance talent. Onsite Recruiter Maintenance (Contract)
Qualifications: Required Qualifications 1 years of recruiting
experience, preferably in manufacturing or skilled trades Strong
knowledge of maintenance roles and technical skill sets Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build
trust and rapport Ability to work onsite at the Twin Falls facility
and travel as needed for events. Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g.,
SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications
Experience hosting and managing onsite hiring events Familiarity
with high-volume recruiting strategies Applicant may be subject to
a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a
