The Executive Director is responsible for the leadership of an
entire assisted living facility . They are responsible for working
with their leadership team to establish standards of care that
comply with guidelines and have a focus upon creating the best
environment for our employees and residents . A successful ED will
focus on building strong relationships, gaining trust , and
demonstrating true "servant leadership" with all stakeholders.
What are some things you will do?
Responsible for the overall financial operations of the assisted
Take action, make decisions and shape team priorities to achieve
agency operational goals .
Ensure effective and on-going, on-the-job training of team
members, evaluate, record individual and team performance, provide
coaching and counseling and make appropriate developmental
Establish criteria and/or work procedures to achieve a high

Partner with Marketer to develop approaches that best position
services or ideas in the marketplace.
Partner with Leadership Team to develop and implement
comprehensive business development plans.
Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements
through activities such as participating in State Associations and
reviewing industry publications.
What do you need to bring to the table?
Bachelor's degree in operations management , business
administration, or related field preferred, Associates Degree
Proven experience in an operations management position
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining
organizational control of community operations and customer
Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
