Job Description:

WORKED *GENEROUS BENEFITS PACKAGE Job Summary:Responsible for
administrative tasks of departments, under the direction of the
department manager.Duties/Responsibilities: Assist with new
supplier set-up. Set up new items. Process all necessary forms and
enter data. Provide product information to the Marketing Content
Editor for the catalog and website Request images for marketing as
needed. Maintain supplier samples and send out to customers and
sales staff as needed. Enter quotations, data entry, reports, order
entry, etc. Distribution of new product information: literature,
and samples. Assist in fulfilling sample requests and maintain
sample inventory. Maintain co-op fund tracking and request co-op
funds from supplier per Product Manager requests. Supplier and
customer correspondences, including related sales activities as
necessary. Provide back-up of office duties within the department
Update current supplier price sheets and catalogs. Assist in
processing month end supplier rebates and reporting. Assist
managers in marketing and technical tasks as assigned/needed.
Provide backup functions for technical and purchasing. Confirm and
expedite purchase orders. Serve as a backup to cover the front desk
to check in visitors and perform any other front desk related
duties. Other duties as assigned.Required Education and Experience:
Education: High school degree or equivalent.Preferred Education and
Experience: Education: Post-secondary degree. Experience:o 1+ years
experience in a customer service-related position.o Office
experience.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described

in this position, with occasional visits to the warehouse. The
noise level is generally quiet.Work Week: Hours: 40 Days: Monday -
Friday, varies between 7:00a.m. - 5:30p.m. Overtime: As neededThe
