  • Handling all incoming phone calls
  • Confirming appointments
  • Following up with guests about their visits to ensure satisfaction.
  • Scheduling appointments with guests that would like to visit our Service department.
  • Reaching out to guests about maintenance due for their vehicle and special promotions that are available.
  • Additional responsibilities, as business needs dictateDesired Traits:
    • Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills
    • Must be able to use proper grammar in all written communications
    • Ability to think outside the box, independently, while working with guests
